Danielle and Jerry are both comfortable being out front of an organization exploring the possibilities.  This is a critical talent for a strategy team looking to expand an organization's footprint. 

REBEL

Danielle and Jerry prefer to work on new projects, seeking out new ways to replace solutions that may no longer serve an organization.  They will not allow the status quo to restrict their thinking.

IMPACT

Danielle and Jerry are primarily motivated to make a difference, especially for people.  They will be keenly focused on where the organization can drive impact in the next decade.
