This team has minimal need for structure and is comfortable tackling work they've never done before.  As we seek to scale, it will be helpful to take their can-do attitude and translate it into repeatable processes that will make it easier to onboard future team members.

Growth

As the company seeks both growth and scalability in the year ahead, the most senior members of the team bring talents to drive that agenda.  Lisa & Susan understand the industry and will need to keep an eye on emerging trends.  Lance understands how to translate vision into strategy and will need to keep an eye on what the team needs to be successful.  Jackson bring years of experience to the table.

In Sync

This may be the biggest challenge ahead for this team.  Youthful energy + intellectual diversity will run into the reality of the weekly grind.  Graceful collaboration will allow this group to find a seasonal rhythm where everything important can be done in due time.
