Observations about the Team

Stability

Ownership wanted a stable operational team that could support growth, and after eighteen months, we believe this team delivers on that request.  The team includes many who are PEOPLE-focused, who work within a pack, and who are built to support a mature division.

Growth

As the company seeks both growth and profitability in the years ahead, the most senior members of the team bring talents to drive that agenda.  Jimmy has a vigilant eye on financial success, while Lawrence and Angie both live out front with energy to push further.

In Sync

This may be the biggest challenge ahead for this team.  Competing agendas of stability and growth will run into the reality of limited resources.  Graceful teaming will allow this group to find a quarterly rhythm where everything important can be done in due time.
